Precision Parts Examples
12-inch diameter by 19-inch long between spindles with live tooling. Parts can be longer, if your part can be passed through a 1-5/8" capacity sub-spindle drawtube. Keyways, flats, threading, and cross drilling/tapping can be done on and off center.
Five-axis capability allows us to produce parts in one operation complete with milled flats, keyways, turned threads, cross-drilled, and tapped threads on or off the centerline of part as well as back facing and live tool work on both ends of a part.
We offer vertical milling with indexing and pallet changing machines that help produce parts, which are as complete as possible. We machine carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and various plastics.
Using traditional 2-Axis and sophisticated multi-axis turn-mill, we can turn small parts to exacting tolerances in a variety of materials, from tool-steel to copper, brass, and aerospace alloys.
We machine gray iron, stainless, and aluminum castings in addition to the usual billet and bar stock. Especially, when considering the high-value of cast materials, our experience in this process can save you money.
Custom parts can be made with a maximum capacity of 250 tons, according to your specifications, from hard tooling, using simple to sophisticated piercing, blanking, forming, progressive or compound dies to inexpensive temporary tooling.
